breakfast will help you do the complete opposite. Breakfast is the most important
meal of the day and there’s no way of getting around that! Breakfast can be as
simple as simply pouring some milk over some cereal, throwing some blueberries
over your yogurt, or slapping some ham on your sandwich.
Our bodies cannot run on empty until lunch. Eating breakfast will help
start your body up by giving your body the needed nutrition and substance to
start your day. Your body has gone through a long period of time without food
so it needs to be recharged.
